Camba IPA: New recipe

We have taken our IPA to the next level and worked on our current recipe to make the beer even fruitier and more hoppy. 

The first brew is now freshly bottled. Fruity aromas with balanced notes of citrus give our IPA its high drinkability. We have also changed the mixing ratio of malt and hops (Chinook, Cascade, Mosaic and Citra).

“We tried to find the perfect balance of various hops and malts. We got together for numerous tastings to get the ideal result and we’re very satisfied with our new IPA”, explains brew master Folkert Kupferer.

We have also adopted the hopping dosages to get more intensive and fruitier aromas. The result is a fresh, light colored IPA – an ideal beer for the first spring days!
