From now on, our Camba "Hell", which is served at our brewery pub just 4km from our headquarters, will be brewed directly on site. Our brewers will use the 10 hl pub brewery directly located in the heart of the restaurant. Freshly tapped the beer will come directly from the storage cellar to your table.
In Truchtlaching our bottom fermented "Helles" matures in open fermentation tanks, which gives our brew master the chance to carefully control every step of the production process.
The beer then travels to our storage cellars where it matures in our laying tanks for several weeks. Due to the shallow depth and intensive contact with our yeasts, the beer gets its distinct traditional yeast flavor and its unique Camba taste.Back
