Last Thursday, students of Franz-von-Kohlbrenner high school in Traunstein visited Camba Bavaria and BrauKon to get an idea of the qualified jobs offered in Seeon together with the office for economic development.
At first, a tour through the premises was given by BrauKon and Camba staff which offered students the opportunity to find out more about the two companies, the brewing process and the construction of brewery plants.
Three trainees from different company divisions, such as production, construction and office management gave insights into their workdays and information on specific requirements. Lena Daxenberger (BrauKon) gave a brief overview of her job as industrial management assistant, Maxi Schulze (BrauKon) talked about his apprenticeship as plant mechanic and apprentice Thomas Riesener (Camba) about becoming a brewer.
BrauKon offers training in commercial professions (administrator for office management, industrial manager), technical professions (technical product designer) and manual professions (line mechanical engineer). Brewery Camba Bavaria offers brewer apprenticeships.
