Our Camba Pale Ale was awarded “Best American style Pale Ale Worldwide” at this year’s World Beer Awards, which are held annually in London.
“Over the past few months, we’ve put a lot of hard work and dedication into finding the perfect recipe. We’ve created a fruity, balanced Pale Ale with a high drinkability”, explains Folkert Kupferer, head of technics at Camba Bavaria. “Our entire team is really happy about winning the award and we’re glad that our efforts have paid off.”
The Camba Pale Ale with an alcohol level of 5.2% Vol. is orange colored with subtle aromas of papaya, grapefruit combined with fine nots of Centennial, Chinook and Simcoe. It is available throughout the year and comes in 0.33l longneck bottles and 20l kegs.

Camba beers have also won several country awards: Camba Black Shark wins best Black IPA, our HopGun is best American Style Brown Ale. The silver medal goes to our Camba Dark Side. Camba Hell and Jager Weisse are among the bronze winners in the categories of Helles/Muenchner Lager and Hoppy Wheat Beer. Overall, Camba took home 3 x Winner, 1 x Silver and 2 x Bronze and received an award for six out of its eight beers.
